Dr. Morgan was called to open Pirate Pediatrics in 2012. Although she has enjoyed missions in South America & Africa, serving children and their families in Eastern North Carolina is her passion. A native of New Bern, she has also lived in Tennessee where she met her husband and remains a Tennessee football fan. When she’s not at work, you will find her spending time with her family, at church, gardening or cooking. Dr. Morgan has a daughter, a son, and a goldendoodle.

Prior to joining Pirate Pediatrics in 2013, Ms. Roseann worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner in Georgia. She enjoys working with patients and families to develop short and long term treatment plans. Living in Eastern North Carolina, she has discovered a love of the water. She spends her spare time at the beach, boating or at the pool with her husband and two daughters. She supports Alabama and the Pirates during football season.

Dr. Klitzman joined Pirate Pediatrics in 2016. Dr. K’s expertise covers many appointment types including ADHD, feeding and sleep difficulties, low mood, anxiety, tantrums, constipation, pill swallowing, fears and phobias. Originally from Durham, Dr. K is happy to be back in her home state and close to the Tar Heels. She is enjoying Greenville with her husband. In her spare time, she likes reading, hiking & crafting.

Nathan is an East Tennessee native. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a master’s in business administration from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Nathan is an active member and volunteer at Jarvis Memorial United Methodist Church. He is married and has two children. His hobbies include running, Tennessee football, and spending time with his family.
