Port is for sick visits, and has numbered parking spaces.
Outdoor visits occur as needed. Use the patient portal for remote pre-check-in for scheduled visits. For walk-in, call us for guidance upon arrival.

Starboard is for non-contagious visits.
Well child visits, ADHD visits, behavioral health consultations, ear piercing and more.
